Experience a visit to the historic town of Durango, CO, ride the narrow-gauge Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad, and share railroad history and lore in the D&SNG Museum. Enjoy the western parade and the songs and stories of the Durango Cowboy Poetry Gathering. On your own, visit the amazing cliff dwellings and explore the civilization of Mesa Verde National Park, or drive the breathtaking beauty of the Million Dollar Highway.
From there we'll travel to the high-flying beauty and the spectacle of the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta, the largest balloon event in the world. Marvel at the brilliant colors and whimsical shapes floating on air. Visit one of North America's oldest continuously-inhabited pueblos, the Acoma "Pueblo in the Sky," tour Old-Town Albuquerque, enjoy an amazing Mexican lunch at a restaurant rated as the most beautiful in New Mexico, and a lot more.
