Way Down Yonder in New Orleans

February 5-12, 2023

Join FROG in "The Big Easy" during the leadup to Mardi Gras. You'll explore the sights and sounds of New Orleans, explore the history of the area, cruise the Mighty Mississippi (the river that Mark Twain described as "too thick to drink and too thin to plow") enjoy great food and more during the lead-in to Mardi Gras.

Enjoy seven nights of full hookup camping, great food, exciting tours, parades and more. Visit Mardi Gras World to learn the history of the festival and see where the beautiful floats, and later in the week attend a couple of the parades themselves. Explore the city, visit one of the historic "Cities of the Dead," cruise to the site of the Battle of New Orleans with a Cajun buffet lunch, tour historic Oak Alley Plantation, explore the backwaters and the wildlife of Jean Lafite Swanp, and more.
